Shipping policy
Products are shipped as regular letters, rigid flat mailers or boxes through USPS First Class within 1-3 business days of purchase (unless otherwise noted). Letters do not include tracking. Shipping in rigid mailers and boxes includes domestic tracking number or international customs number.
Delivery times vary but USPS First Class estimates a domestic shipment takes 2-5 business days to reach it's destination and international shipments at 1-3 weeks. Any packages that incur customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need priority (faster) domestic shipping, there is an option to upgrade at checkout. Priority shipping delivery is estimated by USPS as 1-3 business days.
NOTE: Please make sure your shipping address is correct! I can't be held responsible for orders lost to an incorrect address. If the order is returned to me, you'll need to pay for the shipping to have it re-sent or you can be reimbursed minus the shipping cost.
